New Brunswick’s agriculture sector was navigating significant change — shifting economics, climate pressures, generational transition, and increasingly complex relationships between producers, processors, and government. The Agriculture Alliance needed more than a top-down strategy document. They needed a practical road map that reflected the realities, challenges, and opportunities facing the full breadth of the sector.

The result was a sector strategy built from the ground up through the voices of the industry itself — grounded in evidence, validated through engagement, and designed for implementation.
